In-App Deletion

Our mobile applications include a data deletion option within the app settings. To delete your data within the app:

  3. Choose "Delete My Data" or "Delete Account"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your request

Email Request

You can request data deletion by sending an email to privacy@tcubed.groupwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

  • The name of the app(s) you're using
  • Any additional account identifiers that may help us locate your data

Web Form

You can submit a data deletion request through our contact formon our website. Select "Data Deletion Request" from the dropdown menu and provide the requested information.

4. Data Deletion Process

Upon receiving your data deletion request, we will:

  1. Verify your identity to ensure the security of your data
  2. Process your request within 30 days
  3. Send you a confirmation when your data has been deleted
  4. Maintain a record of your deletion request as required by law

5. Exceptions and Limitations
