Responsible AI

Last updated: February 1, 2026

1. Introduction

TCubed builds AI-powered applications to help you work smarter. We design our systems with safety in mind and provide guardrails—but you are responsible for how you use our AI. This page explains how to use our AI applications responsibly so everyone can benefit while reducing risk.

2. Transparency

You should always know when you're interacting with AI. We make it clear when our products use AI. When you create or share content that was generated or heavily assisted by our AI, we ask you to say so where it matters—for example, in published work, communications, or submissions. Don't present AI-generated content as purely human-written when people would expect to be told. Being transparent builds trust and helps everyone use AI responsibly.

3. Accuracy, Limitations, and Verification

AI can make mistakes. Outputs may contain errors, "hallucinations" (confident but wrong answers), or biased or outdated information. Don't treat AI output as the final word. For important decisions—especially in health, legal, financial, or other high-stakes areas—check facts against trusted sources and don't rely on AI alone. Use AI to support your judgment, not to replace your own checks and due diligence.

4. Privacy and Data

Don't put sensitive or personal data (yours or anyone else's) into AI systems unless you need to. How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You must not use our services to harm others' privacy—for example, profiling people without consent, sharing private information without permission, or using facial recognition or similar biometric tools where consent or legal approval is required.

5. Ethical and Acceptable Use

You must not use our AI applications for harmful or illegal purposes. Prohibited uses include:

  • Threats, intimidation, harassment, defamation, or violence
  • Child sexual abuse material or endangering minors (see our Child Safety Policy)
  • Deception, fraud, scams, or impersonation
  • Bypassing our safeguards or security controls
  • Illegal activities or breaking applicable law

We may restrict or end your access if you break these guidelines or our Terms of Service.

6. Human Judgment and Oversight

AI is a tool to help you—not to replace your judgment. You are responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on AI output. Don't rely on AI alone; use it as an aid and review results yourself. Your own thinking and oversight are essential for safe, responsible use.

7. Reporting Misuse

If you see irresponsible or harmful use of our AI applications, please tell us. You can reach us through our Contact page. We may update this guidance as we learn and as technology and norms change. If you have questions about responsible use, get in touch—we're happy to help.
